Shipping & Order Information
We will ship your items as soon as possible, hopefully the same day you placed it if the order is in by early afternoon. We will let you know if any part of your order may have a delay that is longer than normal. Keep in mind that custom leather products may take up to a week to ship and dog boxes may take three to four weeks during hunting season. Your package will be shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. We do not ship outside of the United States.
All prices listed are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Returns
When you receive your purchase, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to the address below within thirty (30) days of receipt. When we receive it, we will exchange or refund the item (less appropriate adjustments for shipping). Please email us at amzepp@frontier.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return so we can quickly identify your return and send you further instructions.
Package the product you’re returning in its original box (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation email. Please note whether you would like a return or an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the item number of the product you are interested in.
